Office cleaning for SMEs and practices
Office cleaning outside business hours, so the working day simply starts clean with no interruption.
An office that is clean every morning goes unnoticed. An office where the bin is overflowing or the floor under a desk feels sticky gets noticed immediately, by staff first and then by clients arriving at reception. For a small or medium-sized business, cleaning is rarely the thing anyone thinks about, but it quietly sets the tone for every visitor who walks through the door.
The practical question that comes up most is timing. Cleaning during working hours interrupts calls and client meetings, while cleaning outside business hours requires reliable access and trust that everything in an empty office stays exactly as it should. That trust is the point we take most seriously when we work early mornings or evenings after close.
What office cleaning covers
The focus is the workstations: desks dusted, keyboards and screens wiped of fingerprints, bins emptied, floors vacuumed or mopped depending on the surface. Washrooms are part of almost every contract on a daily basis, along with the kitchen or staff kitchenette, including the sink, the outside of the fridge and the coffee machine. Glass partitions and entrance doors get cleaned regularly, since fingerprints on glass are the first thing anyone notices. Waste and recyclables are sorted according to the rules of the local municipality, whether that is general waste, paper or cardboard.
Where offices commonly get it wrong
The biggest difference from cleaning a home is the sheer number of contact surfaces. Door handles, light switches, lift buttons and the coffee machine buttons get touched by dozens of hands over a single day, yet a rushed clean routinely misses them. Flooring is the second issue. Carpet needs different care from linoleum or fine porcelain tile, and treating both the same way shortens the life of the flooring unnecessarily. And then there is discretion. Papers sit openly on desks in most offices, and a good clean is one where everything is exactly where it was left, nothing moved and nothing read.
Office layout itself changes how long a clean takes. An open-plan floor can be worked through in one continuous pass with a vacuum and mop because the space is contiguous. The same floor area split into many individual rooms takes noticeably longer, since every door gets opened and every room is worked separately. We factor that into the quote rather than pricing purely by square metre. Sustainability comes up often too. On request we work with sparingly dosed, environmentally sound cleaning products without any drop in what actually gets cleaned.
Who this is for
Office cleaning suits small and medium-sized businesses with their own premises, medical and therapy practices with a reception and waiting area, and law firms or consultancies where a well-kept impression matters to every client visit. Co-working spaces with several tenant companies can also be covered under a single central contract.
How the quote works
After a short viewing of the space we discuss floor area, flooring types and how often you want us there, from daily to weekly. From that we issue a fixed-price quote, either per clean or as a monthly rate, whichever is simpler for your bookkeeping. Access is agreed in advance, usually a key or a code, and at the first appointment we set priorities together for which rooms matter most.
Working in empty premises every day still needs clear communication. We note briefly after every visit what was done, and flag anything unusual straight away, a flickering light in the corridor or a dripping tap in the kitchen, so communication stays functional even when cleaning staff and office staff practically never meet in person.
Area covered
We clean offices and practices across the March district and the Höfe region from our base in Siebnen, across the Zürcher Oberland from our second location in Hinwil, and across the Wil SG area from our third location in Wil. For a company with several sites, schedules can be aligned so every office runs on the same rhythm. For newly occupied premises that have never had a professional clean, we also offer a one-off deep clean before the regular schedule begins, so you start from a genuinely clean baseline.

Frequently asked questions
Do you clean outside our normal office hours?
Yes, most offices are cleaned early morning or in the evening after close, so the working day runs undisturbed and nobody has to step around cables or a vacuum cleaner during a call.
How do you handle confidential documents left on desks?
Papers left on a desk are worked around, never moved or read, when we wipe down surfaces. If you have specific instructions for certain rooms, such as a partner's office, we follow them exactly.
What does office cleaning cost for a small office with three workstations?
It depends on floor area, flooring type and how often you want us there. After a short viewing you receive a fixed-price quote, either per visit or as a monthly rate, whichever suits your accounting.
Do you clean medical practices or reception areas with particular requirements?
Yes, for practices and reception areas we put extra focus on the waiting room, door handles and other contact surfaces, since those get touched far more often than an ordinary office desk.
Can the schedule flex with quieter months, for example over summer?
Yes, the schedule can be adjusted. Let us know in good time and we agree the next rhythm together, without having to renegotiate the whole contract.
Who arranges access if nobody is in the building when you clean?
Access is agreed upfront, usually through a key or an access code held by the property, and we report after each visit so you always know exactly when we were there and what was done.
We take a look and give you a fixed price.
The inspection is free and without obligation. After that you know the price, and the price stays.
