Is the site visit before the quote free of charge?
Yes. We look at the property free of charge and without obligation before naming a price. The fixed price only follows that visit.
How is the fixed price set, and can it still change?
The price is based on the inspection of the property. Once it is quoted, it holds, even if the job ends up taking a little longer than planned.
Do your prices include VAT?
AFA is not registered for VAT, so the prices we quote contain no VAT and are never shown that way.
Which municipalities do you cover?
From three locations: canton Schwyz around Siebnen, including Lachen, Wangen SZ, Pfäffikon SZ and Freienbach. The Zurich Oberland around Hinwil, including Wetzikon, Rüti, Uster and Pfäffikon ZH. And the Wil SG area, including Uzwil, Flawil, Kirchberg SG, Sirnach and Rickenbach TG. The full list is on the Locations page.
Do you handle moves outside canton Schwyz and Zurich?
Our service area covers canton Schwyz around Siebnen, the Zurich Oberland around Hinwil and the Wil SG area. For a move that goes beyond that, get in touch directly and we will look at it case by case.
Who takes on jobs too big for one person?
For larger properties or bigger moves we work with established partner firms. Genti Sopi remains your point of contact throughout.
Can I book a single property maintenance task, such as winter clearing, without a full contract?
Yes. Winter clearing, grounds care, technical checks and general repairs can be arranged individually or together as one property maintenance contract, depending on what the building needs.
Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?
Yes, for every cleaning service we bring what is needed. You do not have to provide anything.
Are packing materials and boxes included in the price of a move?
We work that out at the inspection, so the fixed price already reflects what you actually need.
Do you work with managing agents and companies, or only private households?
Both. We serve private households as well as managing agents, owner associations and businesses, often under a standing contract.
What is the fastest way to reach you?

Can I request the quote in English?
Yes. The quote form and this website are available in English, and you can describe the job in English there.
Do I need to be at the property myself for the inspection?
Not necessarily. What matters is that someone on site can give access to the property. If you cannot be there yourself, let us know in advance and we will arrange it.
