Property maintenance
A fixed round, a named contact and one point of responsibility for the whole property.
Managing agents, owner associations and private landlords, including owners living abroad.
Garden Maintenance
Standing garden and grounds maintenance for rental properties, run on a fixed schedule with logged visits for your managing agent.
Snow Clearing Service
Snow clearing and gritting for private driveways and entrances, exactly where the municipality's own service stops. A fixed call-out plan, logged for your managing agent.
Technical Building Maintenance
Regular inspection rounds covering heating, blinds, lighting and building systems, with a written report for your managing agent before a small fault becomes a failure.
General Repairs and Maintenance
Small repairs and ongoing upkeep at rental properties, handled on a fixed round and logged for your managing agent, instead of a different tradesperson for every fault.
Hauswartung, the Swiss term for property maintenance, is rarely awarded for a single task. It is awarded because somebody should keep an eye on the building without the managing agent having to call every time. Our offer is built that way: a fixed round at a fixed interval, carried out by someone who knows the property.
The point where it becomes a legal matter for owners is winter. The municipality clears the public road. The owner remains responsible for the access, the entrance and the pavement in front, and several municipalities in this area state expressly that they do not salt residential streets and pavements. That gap is what the winter service covers.
Alongside that runs the ordinary upkeep: grounds through the season, checks on technical installations, and small repairs before they turn into large ones. Anything noticed gets reported rather than quietly left.
We take a look and give you a fixed price.
The inspection is free and without obligation. After that you know the price, and the price stays.
