Cleaning means something completely different depending on the property. At a Wohnungsabgabe, the handover inspection at the end of a Swiss tenancy, a checklist held by the managing agent decides whether the work passed. In an office, what decides is that nobody notices on Monday morning that anyone was there. On a building site, what decides is that the dust is actually gone rather than redistributed.
For that reason we do not work from a standard package. We look at the property first, and after that the price is fixed. For move-out cleaning one more thing applies: if the property manager objects to our cleaning at the handover, we come back and clean again free of charge until the flat is accepted.
