The parking regulations provide a day permit for trade and service vehicles at CHF 5.– to 10.– a day, valid in all blue zones. Permits for parking heavy vehicles permanently in the old town and in residential quarters are generally not granted. No separate tariff for removal vans is published.
Under the 2022 strategy, the old town is to become as car-free as possible, though delivery services remain expressly permitted. A special permit covers driving in the pedestrian zone outside delivery hours. The exact delivery windows are currently being reset.
