Lachen has its own A3 motorway exit, named Oberdorf. Lachen-Altendorf station sits on the Zurich-Pfäffikon-Ziegelbrücke line and is additionally served every half hour by the S2 direct to Zurich main station and the airport, and hourly by the S25 towards Zurich main station and Linthal.
